Services are billed by the project, so you know exactly what you're paying from day one. Time frames vary, though for most projects, a one-week turnaround is possible. For a quote and an anticipated delivery date, please connect with us via the Contact page.
Once booked, a deposit of 50% must be received for work to commence. Deposit is nonrefundable. If project is cancelled beyond midway, rate is prorated. Clients receive two rounds of edits and refunds are not granted once first draft has been submitted. Remainder of balance is due 14 days after client’s receipt of first draft. Late payments will incur an 18% late fee, charged monthly on remaining balance.
